Refund Policy

Refund of Platform Fees. Platform fees paid by persons who register themselves to become Users but are not accepted into the platform will be refunded within 07working days of theirrejection. Platform fees paid by persons who are accepted to become Users, whether or not those persons choose to become Members, are non-refundable.

Refunds of Donated Amount. Company endeavors to provide a Mobile Application that enables all of its Users to achieve success in donation crowdfund raising. Due to the nature of the service, with Users donating amounts to help a cause or fundraiser by another user, as a general rule takehelp™ does not allow its Users to be refunded/repaid/reimbursedthe amount after they have made a wilful donation to any of the Users.

Refunds of Donation Wallet Amount. Company provides its usersto keep a minimum amount of INR 100 in the provided Virtual Donation Wallet on takehelp™ Mobile Application that enables all of its Users to contribute in-app donations instantly. If you become a User and paid the required Platform fees, tried to raise funds in compliance with all the permitted and legal detailson the Platform, and yet you want to quit the Platform, takehelp™ will consider providing you with a refund of your Donation Wallet Amount after deducting 5% charge, provided that you can provide evidence proving that: (1) you have posted an ethical fundraiser in compliance with all acceptable formats as per the community standards of the Platform; (2) that you have not achieved success in raising any funds on takehelp™ App. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be granted at the sole discretion of takehelp™.

If you believe there is a reasonable chance that you will want to be refunded, you should not become a User of takehelp™ in the first place.
